To register for a WVBC fall program, please agree to the following waiver and fill in the below.

REFUND POLICY

* More than 5 days before program starts- Full credit towards a future WVBC program or cash refund less $25 processing fee
* Less than 5 days before program starts- Full credit towards a future WVBC program or cash refund less $25 processing fee and pro-rated cost of the first session
* No refunds or credits will be given after the second session of a program
